Meet Coach Dan
With over 10 years of coaching and instructional experience, Coach Dan is passionate about developing athletes both on and off the field. His coaching philosophy centers on fundamentals, effort, and continuous improvement- values that have guided his work with players across multiple sports and age groups. Currently, Coach Dan is actively involved in

- Youth Football
He also offers specialized instruction in baseball and softball, working with players of all ages on hitting, fielding and baseball pitching. Coach Dan holds a range of respected coaching certifications, including:
- USA Baseball Coaching Certification (Levels A-C)
- NFHS National Coaching Credentials (Levels 1-3)
- Blast Baseball Certified
- Rapsodo Hitting & Pitching Certified.

Dalton Bidon
Attended College of the Desert in Palm Springs, CA, where he was a catcher before transferring to Bethany College where he played first and third base. After his college career, he took a position as a hitting instructor and head coach for the NW Reign, in Seattle, WA. While he was at NW Reign, he was the head hitting instructor for the entire program, that included 8 teams, ranging in ages from 9 to 18. Dalton works well with all ages and specializes in coaching hitting and defense at 1B, 3B, and Catcher.

Aidan Jones
Aidan has played the game of baseball for 15 years, including collegiate baseball at the NAIA and D2 levels. While in college he played second base for NAIA, and pitched in D2. He graduated from Southwest Baptist University located in Missouri. His coaching experience includes leading the pitching staff of the Iola American Legion team to a state championship. Coach Aidan works well with young athletes aged 12 and under.

Ron Maring
For 32 years Ron has been coaching baseball and instructing youth. He has coached High School, 18U Baseball and youth baseball teams. Coach Ron is well rounded with lots of love for the kids and the game! He is a graduate of Missouri State University. He currently works as an Athletic Field Specialist.
