Terms and Conditions

Elevate Sports Academy Rules and Regulations:   

1. All participants must sign a waiver to enter. 

2. Bat at your own risk 

3. All persons under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

4. Always wear a helmet in the batting cages. 

5. Adults (16 years old and older) must feed the pitching machine 

6. Closed-toed shoes must be worn. 

7. Only two people are allowed in the batting cages at a time. 

8. Never stand in front of the pitching machine or on home plate. 

9. No food or drink allowed in this area. (Water ONLY) 

10. No gum or chewing tobacco allowed beyond this point. 

11. No person under the influence of drugs or alcohol is allowed in the facility. 

12. No climbing on the fence or nets. 

13. Spectators and those not batting or pitching need to stand outside of the netted area (6’ away) 14. Only swing a bat in the netted area 

15. Gather all balls when session has ended 

16. Misconduct will result in immediate termination of privileges
